STEP 1: Choose your intention: Reduce anxiety or overwhelm, increase energy, get to sleep, wake up calm, increase focus.
STEP 2: Choose the area of your body you’d like to release, stretch, or support: Hips + back, neck + shoulders, hamstrings + inner thighs, full body, lull to sleep, morning wake up. Add any injuries or physical challenges in the notes section.

Why Breath & Yin?
Your nervous system needs more than motivation to keep going.
Our breath is the only mechanism that calms the mind, regulate stress responses & brings your body back into balance within minutes. Especially when you form the habit by practising regularly.
Yin yoga brings flexibility into the joints, connective tissues & the fascia which is why it's so helpful in releasing stored tension, while also creating stillness in both body & mind.
Together they feel DAMN GOOD & create a powerful reset for your physical, mental & emotional wellbeing.
Think of it as a full-body exhale.
What experience do I need?
None - I give you step my step through every pose and technique. Even the tightest of bodies can do these poses. They use rest & relaxation to open up the body, no forcing, no pushing.
